Just because we have this fancy-shmancy new website, doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten where we started.
Gaia Magazine, believe it or not, started as a magazine. And every spring quarter since 2009, it’s continued to find itself in the hands of slugs across campus. This spring quarter is no different, and the Gaia team is working hard to create the best edition yet.
Now, this is important: You may not know this, but if you’re a current UCSC student, you’re a part of the Gaia team. Yes, we have staff and interns who are pretty great, but this is a student submission based publication (Meaning you — yes, you — are cordially invited to submit your work!).
If this interests you, keep on reading.
